Welcome to Reiki Colours, Reiki Healing and Training. My name is Emilia Garvey. I am a Reiki Master / Teacher and member of the Reiki Federation with over 15 years experience.

Based in Ascot, Berkshire I run a busy Reiki practice. I also run meditation classes, development circles and Reiki shares. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Force, the energy around us and within us. Reiki is a way of activating, directing and applying natural energy for the promotion of health, healing, balance and wholeness. This form of healing is an holistic energy and therefore useful for preventing imbalance, assisting the body’s natural healing powers and maintaining the rebalance as a state of well being.

Reiki treatments facilitate healing at all levels; physical, emotional and spiritual but Reiki treatments can also provide a wonderful way to truly relax. Whatever your reasons for coming for Reiki healing, I can help you in the way that is right for you.

Treatments are conducted either in your home or at the Reiki Colours Practice in Ascot. When you arrive you will feel welcome and relaxed and we will have a chat about yourself to establish how we can best help.

Everyone can be trained in Reiki. The benefits of training go far beyond the ability to use Reiki energy. The attunement process enables the recipient to permanently open and connect to the universal Reiki energies on mental, physical, emotional and psychic level. It also clears and balances many important energy channels within the body.

Reiki has three 'Levels', or 'Degrees' that are the three traditional stages of learning to channel Reiki energy.

Drawing on my many years of teaching and treating clients, I initiate students in all levels of Reiki. Please contact me for available dates.
